    Well structured format in this review. Also nice playing!

    Nice demo, thanks. I changed the pickups on mine and on my non-floyd one. I'm not a mad pickup changer but I found the Roswell LAFs had nothing enjoyable to offer (very meh), guitars were in danger of not getting used; now better.

    Wow !! Nice video dude . Recently I bought and mine , but without Floyd rose .
    I bought it as b stock and it arrived in A stock just the action is a bit higher than I prefer .
    For sure I don’t like the pickups especially for metal even I play through bias fx 2 plug in .
    But for 170 euros this guitar looks great and feels awesome for the price .
    Definitely I will change bridge pickup.
    Enjoy !

      Is this guitar less than 8 lb or 3.6 kg in weight? I do not believe it is chambered. Thanks.

    I hope to geht my b-stock SC-Custom II FR Vintage Black on friday. If it sounds really as nice as in the video, together with the guitar-amp from Harley Benton, i will be satisfied at max. Perhaps i'll make a video from my first play on that guitar...

      @matthiasmees5897 3 года назад +1

      @@legitman3767 it already has arrived... it is better than i hoped. But i have a german style without the switch for to have a single coil sound. I am practicing every day and have much fun. When my son has the time to film me and my guitar, so i will upload a video. The videos i have made are not so good and the sound of the guitar seems not to be as good as it is in reality. So i havn't uploaded the vedeos. I am also a bad beginner on guitar but i am impressed by the smooth playing on this guitar.

    i got the fixed bridge version used and plays like charm ... very powerfull pickups lots of sound an sustain , very fast everything easy to reach ... only thing i did not like is how the selector switch won`t fit the all gold hardware + it seems pretty flimsy and wigly

    Hi, I wanted to get this guitar too. I'm asking two year after you got it, have you noticed degradation of any parts, I don't know gold parts, mechanics etc? Is the action high? What settings should be done when it arrives? Thank you you would be very helpful....

    • @hanho-hanho
      @hanho-hanho  3 года назад +1

      Yes, All of my harley benton guitars are to last for many reason :) Just the price gap between floyd rose model and usual les paul bridge model is pretty big, but for my purpose, - need tremolo system, coil split function to play in any type of music - it was the best choice :)

    Nice video, I bought the very same guitar (not b stock) and had a couple of issues with it, locking nut has a plastic shim and still very low to play but I can fix that, my SC Custom is super heavy too, heavier than any of my Harley Benton guitars, how heavy is yours ? Thank you

    • @hanho-hanho
      @hanho-hanho  3 года назад +1

      Yeah I think harley benton's bad point is that you need to have luck to not have any issue.. Mine is a bit heavier that my strat and tele, but much lighter than other les paul type body.

    hi there, can you please tell me if the nut is 41 or 42mm ? on the Thoman site there is 41mm.. but i don't believe it... 41mm is too thin... is it ? because i have big hand and I'm worried about buying one

    • @hanho-hanho
      @hanho-hanho  3 года назад

      hmm I just measured, it is 41mm. But I don't feel any difference compare to 42mm nut. :) btw It has longer neck than my other guitars so I think it can be better for big hand.

    • @hanho-hanho
      @hanho-hanho  3 года назад +1

      Harley benton guiatrs Their quality is the best for the price. Especially this one doesn't really have any problem (other ones of mine had dead fret issue, or tremolo spring screw was weirdly deep).I just have one personal problem, even though I love their designs and it is the NO1 reason that I buy harley benton guitars, but most of them are copy of famous brands... But still sounds so good so I can be satisfied and not dreaming for fender, gibson, suhr, prs for now haha

      @@hanho-hanho thanks for the reply! I'm now even thinking of buying a bstock one because they might get a set up when they are returned to thomann so buying a well set up guitar makes more sense to me. Supposedly all harley benton are set up when they leave thomann but I've seen some reviews in which they were not, probably due to that they are selling now more and more than before and now they might get to the customer directly from the factory, but who knows...
