Did you manage to get them? What do you think about the shoes? Are you still searching and waiting to get a pair? Or is ASICS a running brand you really don't care about? Sound off in the comments. I really want to hear from you.
I had never tried the superblast line until recently. Took 100 km to start liking it for me. Previously used the vomero. Now I get it though. If you let the shoe do its thing and tick the legs over it’s an incredible shoe. I would say it’s a Swiss Army knife for running. If you just got 1 shoe for training and even racing if you are non elite it’s fine too. It does everything at a very good level.
I don't comment on videos mate, in fact ever. But I only watched this video of yours and something about the way you speak is very endearing haha. Hope I see you pop up more
I'm sorry to hear that. Just keep checking back on the website periodically about every half a month. They'll come back in eventually. I think they know these shoes are a cash cow for them. They'll put out more.
I've been debating on picking these up, but I wasn't a huge fan of the first Superblast or the Novablast 3. I kinda prefer Asics Speed line over the Blast (the Evoride Speed was one of my favorite shoes of last year.) The new Magic Speed 4 almost perfect.
@@Randmness Ooo, you’re a hard sell. You’ve never tried the Novablast 4 in which the consensus is they’re slightly better than the 3. But you’ve tried the Superblast, which is better than the Novablast 3 & 4, but you didn’t like it. The thing is with all the shoes I’ve named, they’re made to be all-around, do-it-all shoes. Sounds like you’re better off with multiple shoes for dedicated purposes: one for speed, one for long run comfort, one for race day, etc.
@@TheEternalEast definitely get these. The toe has a little more of a roll to it meaning you can probably move slightly faster and more nimble in these than the NOVABLAST 4.
I usually wear a US size 10. My novablast 4 - sized 10 has just a touch too much room in the front. My foot can fit into a US size 9.5 novablast 4, but it is snug in a good way, but I don’t think it’s a great idea if I were to wear a thicker sock. So in my case, I wouldn’t size up on the superblast 2. Does that make sense and would you agree? *somewhere in the middle of a US 9.5 and a US 10 would be best for me. I’m talking millimeters.
A true-to-size Novablast 4 was just too small for me. I'm not sure you're prepared to look at ugly toes, but I've made a video about how they gave me runners toe: ruclips.net/video/ivM0y6LTNLM/видео.html I'm still recovering from that 2 1/2 months on. I'd rather have a shoe be too big than too small. I don't trust "snug" because feet expand when running (feet expand from just walking around all day too), you need room to literally grow into while on the run. This is from ASICS own website per them: "The further you run the more your foot will naturally expand. This means it's wise to have just a little extra room (about a thumb's width) between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. With this in mind, your running shoe should be around a half size larger than the shoe size you usually get." My best recommendation is this. If you're buying shoes out of a brick and mortar store, naturally try them on before you buy. If ordering online, you should definitely order two pairs, one in the size you think you wear and one size up. Try them on at home and send back the one which was more ill-fitted. You can only try them on and walk around the house in them, because once you take them out for a single run, no matter how short, you won't be able to return them. So it's very important to get it right. It was a freak accident how I got it wrong with the Novablast 4. You'd just have to watch the video.
I don’t understand why they are taking so long to release new colorways. Plus they ruined the white/grey prototype model with a pointless strip of blue 🤦🏻♂️ typical asics behavior.

Well done and God bless.
Cheers.
Yes mate, totally agree - they are my favourite shoe of all time. Beating the Superblast 1, which was my previous favourite.
I could never get my hands on a pair. I stayed up until midnight to order but they told me they were all sold out. I wanted one that color way

I run super casually and sometimes sprints, should I get these or the novablast 4s?

@@SemiAI-.- they do that purposely to keep desire and demand high.
