They still got it!
Musta seen twenty some odd performances over that legendary LOCKN weekend, and this one (although I am totally biased) was the tightest, tastiest, most satisfying set of music of em all. There is something about the way this group listens to each other, improvises and jams that just does it for me. And nobody can shush a crowd to pin drop silence the way Warren does in Death Don't Have No Mercy.

Didn't make it to Lockin' but at least I was able to capture the best moments at home on my widescreen TV... This was definitely, in my biased opinion, from what I've seen, the best set of the festie

I saw Barry play with Phil back in July ‘99 at the Warfield, he was great that night too
Take it from personal experience, go see Barry with David Nelson Band. You won't regret the decision.
