      तुम्हारी हाइट के अकॉर्डिंग तुम्हारा वजन बहुत ज्यादा है मेरे भाई इसे 60 और 65 के बीच में रखो।
      डेली 15 से 20 किशमिश को रात को पानी में भिगोकर सुबह खालीपेट खा लो और उसका पानी भी पी लो।
