iv been running alot lately like 15-20 miles per week with a long run on sundays but my question is how do u get so skinny like these guys? do i just run more and eat less?
Agree completely with Capt Commander. You will naturally stay skinny no matter how much you eat at longer distances per week. For instance I used to eat 5 bowls of food 4 meals a day at 100 (super slow) miles a week and the food didnt make a dent in how much I was burning.
That's why Americans don't have many good distance runners. This is an individual sport not a team sport, therefore Ingebrigsten left USA - it's all a bout team and not individual growth.

The Noodle he’s talking about the strength of players. You can have 4 good basketball players and one shit and the 4 can carry the 5th but I xc u need 5 strong guys to win. He’s not literally saying you can play with 4 means u can play with 4 strong players
I don't really believe that they do a 5 mile tempo run (at threshold pace) before this insane workout unless by tempo he just means a faster easy pace.
Yeah, I agree. I looked up these guys' times and there's no way they could do a 5 mile tempo and a 4x1 mile that fast. Even their mile times look a little too fast for a grass course with sharp turns. So the mile might be a touch short.
Imagine running a 4:51 mile and still being the slowest out of your group
Gracie D slowest by quite a bit
And that was the fourth mile....fml
The real kicker is you run that repeatedly and your still the slowest

Rhiannon O. Tall kid is all torso
His hips are barely higher than the short guys
He is a senior
He can have long legs but a short torso
