@tuckerfupper I hope you rethink and decide to put a roof on again.The main problem with what you did before was using particle board. It should never be used where there is potential for exposure to moisture/water. And you were correct about the pitch of the roof as well. You should try again with a better pitch and use plywood that is stained for waterproofing. Once that is up you should put polyethelene Moisture Barrier over it. Along all the edges caulk it then put metal flashing up. If you don't want to use the tin again do a real shingled roof with gutters. That is the only way it is going to last for years to come. I think leaving it open causes to much causes to much disription of use due to weather. Not trying to tell you what to do or anything... I'd just love to see you guys bet the best possible use out of it.

It looks great. An idea, you could put screen mesh on top of the wire to keep out mosquitoes. It would also keep debrie from coming in.

I suggest a waterproof deck box to put the cushions in. It will keep them dry and prevent mildew. I left a chair out with the cushion unprotected and it isn't looking too great now. The other 3 chairs are in the garage and now they won't match!

It's beautiful. The only concern now, is mosquitoes and rain.I would add a new cat tree. It will save the pillows/ back of the couch grom being mishaped, tons of hair and nail scratching damage.
