I interviewed Tami years ago at a charity event. She is so incredibly kind, gracious, attentive and humble.
But her to say she is ok for her husband to be with someone else and kids with,tami is going to regret ever saying the whole “taking a break”thing because all i see is red flags 🚩!
I’ve started to watch the basketball wives and I think she’s a nasty piece of work,she’s a bully…

I get what her intentions were, but I would never give my husband the ok to go sleep around with someone. He can easily go get a surrogate, and not even have to worry about a co parenting situation. Then to break up for a year or 2, what is the point of that? To live a life with another women for 2 years? It just doesn’t make sense. It looks to me that she shouldn’t even be married.

Another to looking at it, is she gave him the ultimate freedom of choice and he still chose her. So that let's her no that his love is strong n real and her love is the same. So now since they both really know where each other is at mentally and that option is not an option he truly wants then maybe the will do surrogacy

I think she doesn’t want the surrogate because she doesn’t want to be the primary mother. If he finds a woman to have a child with, that woman would be the primary mother and she could give secondary support, which is what she wants from what I understand. She’s committed to her career rn and doesn’t want to disrupt that with a child.

I would to see her as a cohost on this show. Based on her history and point of view, she could give the panel more of a flava. She definitely has no issue giving her perspective and she usually keeps up with daily topics.

I wish folks wouldn't be so quick to run their mouth just to talk about people. You don't know what fertility issues people could be facing. And just because they may not do things the way you would, doesn't mean something is off or they're being selfish. People called Jeannie selfish for not wanting children. No one really knows why she didn't want them at first, or what issues may have prompted her to not want them. It was totally ok for her to change her mind. Tami is a diabetic, so she could've developed hypoglycemia. And in woman, it possibly effects pregnancy. That's why people should hold off on their opinions of everything. Cause you don't know what could be happening. This is not about tolerating behaviors in a relationship either. You don't know what that person may feel like that they can't give their partner one of the most natural occurances.

she's 51 with 2 adult children. So biologically she might not have kids unless she had frozen eggs and find a surrogate. At the same time, she doesn't want to have another child. Most people in their 50s, both men and women, who already have grown-up children don't want to go back to changing diapers. but the husband is 34 so she doesn't want to kill his dream of having biological children when she has hers

You don't have anymore eggs in your 50s. 50s is too old. This generation has a very hard time living in reality and telling the truth. The woman is clearly ill too and in no way shape or form in any condition to carry a baby or raise one. Her fans need to stop this foolishness and living in this fantasy land with her. Ain't nobody being mean either for stating the truth. She is an old woman and there's nothing wrong with being old.
Tami attempted to clarify this but the bottom line is we all know what she was saying. Go have a relationship with someone else for the purposes of a baby and we'll work it out later. Otherwise why would they have to separate for two years? If you make a decision and decide to go public with it then just own it.🤷🏿♀️

im skeptical about the validity of the baby pass. seems like a surrogate would be something one would offer as an alternative no to go have sex and breakup for 1-2 years. something just feels off in it.
I agree wouldn't you offer a surrogate to hold you and your husband baby you don't have to hold the baby anymore she can use up eggs and his sperm now.

To each their own. Not everyone has to comply with traditional rules and dynamics of marriage and relationships. I don't think her decision is selfish. She would have been selfish if she insisted that if she didn't want kids, he had no recourse and had to stay childless. Her decision to let him be and have what he wants is selfless or at the very least, not selfish.

It's not really about that. It's about sending him off for 2 years to have a full relationship with another woman to have a child. There are so many other ways to have a baby. There's surrogacy or even cheaper pay a woman for a one night stand and offer her child support and co-parenting, there's also adoption.
She doesn’t want anymore children. She wants to be the step-parent who will love the child unconditionally.

She had several miscarriages. So they tried, but she couldn't hold the pregnancies.
For those who don’t know, there is a such thing as an egg donor… this could be a money issue, as it would be expensive to get an egg donor AND a surrogate, but the information needs to be out there!

I Love my sister in my head, Tami is amazing, I'm scared for her decision to give her husband permission to sleep with another woman to procreate, Sarah gave Abraham permission to impregnate the servant girl within their tribe and that didn't go well, she became jealous and sent the woman and child away to fend for themselves..The bible has a way of repeating itself, Tami tried to give him a child and she stated on basketball wives that she was experiencing some difficulties .That's not being selfish..Before inviting that possibility in their lives, I hope she really rethinks her stance, its easier said than done..Its cute to be matter of fact until your faced with that reality. Because we know people with diabetes and they look normal so we’re very confused and we’re wondering if there’s some kind of other illness out here
She is diabetic. The medicine you are prescribed can cause weight loss. I was recently diagnosed as diabetic and I’m losing weight as a result of my diet and the medication.

I love Tammy so much, I understand her wanting to allow her husband to have a legacy and I like them together. They should consider using a surrogate, donor egg, and do IVF with his sperm. This way the child is biologically his without him having relations with another women.

Tami has always been so gorgeous and so I have to say I'm very concerned watching her in this interview she looks very frail=Way Too Thin!!! To the point where it's affecting even her face she does not look like the same person and you can tell by what she's wearing is even concealing her neck and the extra shoulder pads is covering how very thin she is-Please Forgive me if she's sick with some type of ailment but so many people on here are commenting about anorexia I'm not sure I recall her saying she dealt with that but that's another disease of the mind and affects the body but she does not look well and it's so obvious. I pray that she will be okay very soon and she realizes that she was way more beautiful before she lost all that weight(so if she did that on purpose) she needs to get into some therapy and nutrition counseling and I pray she can get back to a healthier self!

It seems selfish to tell a man that have no kids n you too that he can never have a child of his own in his life. Give him his option n let him choose so down the line there is no regret. If he stays with you then he unconditionally love for you and she definitely have unconditionally love to even offer that. Also it's address all factors that could come up before it does. There's no excuse for him to cheat when she gave him promission in the first place. So it takes cheating out the equation it's already been address. Sometimes you let him and if he comes back it was meant for yoy.
