Recently had cataract surgery myself. I had the dropless cataract surgery done and I chose a monofocal lens set for distance implanted. No regrets and my sight is just fine. Just need glasses to read small/fine print. No major issues so far and I'm due for my final appointment to my eye doctor in July. No complaints quite honestly. Anyway, take care and stay well.
