Sorry guys stomach and spleen are intraperitoneal organs~
Actually when u talk about kidney cancer it usually present s with right sided varicocele , left is common and a lot of man have it
You got me confused there for a second XD
Yh i was shook for second there
Why do globulins pass into the blood without being filtered from the kidneys even though they are small molecules?
@@nsksnzjxjx5203 because their negative charges
You are amazing!!! I love how you break it down for your audience so simply to understand. Keep doing what you do!
Great video as usual, excellent art work, just one small piece of constructive criticism, the Stomach and Spleen are not retro-peritoneal organs. Thank you for everything you do and God bless .

Great video, love your work!
But one minor point on the kidney anatomy... Specifically the nephron and renal pyramids (medulla). It is more accurate to say that the nephrons lie in both the cortex (glomeruli, PCT, DCT + portions of LoH and CD) and medulla (rest of LoH and CD) of the kidney... As the renal pyramids only contain a subset of nephron segments.
Other than that beautiful video which I'll be using in my teaching on the gross anatomy of the kidney.
Thanks a million
Keith (renal physiologist)
Are there nephrons inside the cortex? I read that they are at the level of intersection of the medulla with the cortex and inside the medulla.
@@dinuciornohuz3163 there are 2 types of nephrons and what you mean is type 2 "jaxta medullary nephron " but what he means that in each type "of these nephrons" there are part of LoH + CD extending from the cortex into the medulla
Its very helpful sir
Love ur vids ❤❤❤❤
You just made your momma proud!
pls post the video of pharmacology of anticoagulants and anti thrombolyties
thank you
It is great ❤️❤️
Hi there, just enquiring if you have a film on the kidney function after a nephrectomy. I had a nephrectomy 3 years ago and I sometimes get pain within the area where the kidney has been removed, going by your film its more towards the IVC and DA area. Talking to others who have also had a nephrectomy a phantom pain is quite common amongst us. But I would like to know whats happening. Thankyou was a simple and educational film.
Beautiful
I so love you Armando!😙😙😙
beautiful ....beauty at its best ...
Very Helpful:)
Commendable!

Thanks a lot
Wish me luck 😁😁
Have you been tested yet or...?! Good luck with whatever happens in your life anyway Sarah
He mentioned that the stomach and spleen are retroperitoneal organs that are located behind the peritoneum. But in fact they are intraperitoneal organs and located inside the peritoneum
the pelvic looks just like a dragon xD, anyway, always love your video, best explanation ever, its just like you really understand and not just reading a script
Thank you for all these videos. Are really healthful in getting complete picture of different disorders.from planet ayurveda
Besttt 👍
Lovely video 👍👌,hey! Can you please tell me how do you make these diagrams, are they hand made and simultaneously recorded or it is some kind of software? Your response will be much appreciated.
Dr, these diagrams are hand-drawn and recorded simultaneously. Fast forwared and and edited for cuts. Than the voice is recorded in synchronisation with the thing to be explained. And finally added to the video.
bro im scrubbing in on 2 nephrectomies tomorrow you saved my ass
Aren’t the stomach and the spleen intraperitoneal?
embroyolgy of urogenital system
11:50 So it's my understanding that the Renal Pyramids do not contain the majority of nephrons. Cortical Nephrons (i.e. cortex) make up 85% of nephrons, the other 15% are juxtamadulary nephrons that are located near the madulary pyramids. Both have their loops of henle that go down into the pyramids. The loops of Henle and the collecting ducts are in the pyramids and they drain down to the minor calyx.
that's knowledge.
Stomach is not retroperitoneal
Neither the spleen
They are actually secondary retroperitoneal
Very good 🙏🙏💚💚❤️😍thinks
sir....stomach and spleen are retroperitoneal organ or intraperitoneal organ??
Both are intraperitoneal.
interesting
COuld you make the final results as pdf for printing?
Hey yes! armandoh.org/shop
@@armandohasudungan thanks! That's awesome
i think right-sided varicocele couid be worrisome for cancer not left-sided
Why do globulins pass into the blood without being filtered from the kidney even though they are small molecules? i need answer for this
Size is not the only criteria for filtering, if molecules or proteins and filter barrier are both same electricaly charged than they don't get filtered and continue flowing in without being filtered.
@@hazarzekiri2794 So what are the other criteria? This is exactly what I mean :)
@@hazarzekiri2794 What other criteria are there
@@hazarzekiri2794 i need to find this answer by tomorrow. help please. matter of life
Well I gave the answer in the previous comment, molecules negatively charged like heparin sulfate in the membrane of the glomerular barrier make it negatively charged. So in conclusion if any globulin or molecule or whatever comes with the negative charge than they don't get filtered and continue flowing. Two negatively charged (-) & (-) don't touch each other and two different charged (+) & (-) they stick together. It's same logic in the blood cells how they don't stick to the vessel's of the blood.

♥️♥️♥️♥️
Super kidney. U
But stomach and spleen are intraperitoneal?!!
Thank youuuu !
But I just couldn’t help but notice you called urine U -Rine ...Noooooo😭😩
Best gay
It's actually not about clinical anatomy
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else is searching for how to study for human anatomy try Panlarko Anatomy Course Planner (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 got great success with it.
You have shared a piece of great information. I too have gone through this problem. I felt very bad at that time. I went to many Reputed Hospitals but due to result not being I was losing courage. Then Someone told me about Planet Ayurveda, I went there and took treatment. Now he is fine. So, if anyone is facing such kind of problem or any other health-related problem. You should go to Planet Ayurveda.
Please avoid using yellow colour🙈 kinda makes it difficult to see
