In a restaurant in Hangzou years ago, my husband and I watched servers bring other diners a black blob and a mallet. They pounded away at the thing to reveal a roasted chicken. As Americans, we had no idea what was going on. Seeing the black mystery blob and a mallet in your video made me smile 😊.
