    Fixing anxiety fast isn't always possible but the point is that most people spend months, even years, with a problem they could easily fix because they're doing the wrong things to fix it. Think of it like searching for buried treasure in a field. You can spend months digging in random places and find nothing but if you scanned with a metal detector you would find the treasure much faster. You still might find a few nails first but good therapy is like having that metal detector.
    Some people have too much to deal with in one session but I have helped people overcome major traumas and change awful events in their lives very quickly which leads to a release of their fear of driving.

    @1stdrive I am unable to identify my problem whether it’s an anxiety or phobia . My difficulty is to take the decision of driving once am in the car am ok driving, but I keep avoiding it ! Isn’t it strange ?

      Forget the labels, they're all the same thing. What you're talking about would be called procrastination but that is just another label! There isn't always something that needs releasing and when it comes to overthinking, the simple solution (which works) is to get on with it and do it.
