Some great family memories were made at Pheasant Run over the years. It's too bad it was let go and had to close, seems at the very least, it might have made a great retirement center. That said, on 5/21/22 a major wing of empty rooms (west of the tower) caught fire and it appeared they were pretty much allowing it to burn(?)
I went there a few times for a staycation with wife from 1993- present I’m going to miss it today was the last day 3/1/2020
I love this place I'm goin here for spring break, they should add a waterpark
A water park would have been good and would likely have saved the resort from closing.

Im thinking they could use a bowling alley and a jungle display and maybe a huge coral reef wall. I have some great memories from 3 decades ago.
