The Reason Why Your Body Hurt

  • Many people believe that they get injured because they did a wrong movement or they weren't warmed up. Wow, this could happen, the primary causation is coming from a lack of recovery. Our bodies get used every day, and if we don't properly recover, then, the next day, our body is more prone to injury. And if the following day, we don't fully recover, then our body increases probability to get injured. Most of the time when people are dealing with chronic injuries and pains, or they get injured out of the blue, the reason is because the body went through too many days without full recovery, and therefore, a regular daily action will cause injury for the body.
The solution for this is very simple. Increase the quality of your sleep.
    Three things to do:
    1. Stretch for 5 to 10 minutes before going to bed every night.
    2. Take 50 deep breaths in and out of your mouth while laying on your back immediately after stretching. Do an exhale retention by blowing out all of your air and holding your breath for as long as you can at the end of your breathing. Immediately going to meditation while remaining laying on your back.
    3. Lying on your back while in meditation, don't move a single muscle, or open your eyes. Remain this way until you fall asleep.
This method will allow you to rest very deeply, and hope your body fully recover. Your current injuries will start to heal. Your energy levels will increase significantly.

A way to sleep so the muscles within the body can be totally relaxed is by floor sleeping. Your body can finally let go.

You should post a video on what you eat/drink on an average day. I think that would be interesting, and something the viewers would like to see.

Honestly I stopped looking what other people eat. When I am more in tune with myself I can feel what serves me and what doesn’t. In past I suffered enough from GI issues, gluten sensitivity and “ healthy foods”, superfoods etc. I definitely will do exactly what @jolan5758 said in the previous comment….. Please do not join “ any diet cult” ….. you do not need to be 100% vegan, vegetarian or carnivore. Wish you the best on your journey.

aren't you supposed to breathe through your nose?
"Enzymes responsible for nitric oxide production have been
demonstrated both in the nose and in the paranasal sinuses.
Nitric oxide is a potent bronchodilator and vasodilator. Therefore
it helps lower blood pressure and significantly increases the
lungs’ oxygen-absorbing capacity. It is also known to be
    antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial.
    According to Lundberg (2008):
“Nitric oxide gas from the nose and sinuses is inhaled with
every breath and reaches the lungs in a more diluted form to
enhance pulmonary oxygen uptake via local vasodilatation. In
this sense nitric oxide may be regarded as an ‘aerocrine’ hormone
that is produced in the nose and sinuses and transported to a
distal site of action with every inhalation.” "
