Just moved my cottage, trying to brainstorm ideas for a new redesign, decided I wanted Amaurot themed, found this vid browsing youtube, and this is BEAUTIFUL. Well done, I am inspired.
This is absolutely gorgeous! I hope you will consider sharing the address and opening it up for visitation, I'd love to come see it in-person! I'm so impressed with how this looks!
Thank you for the compliment! Unfortunately, my client for this build is a consistent RPer and requested that it be private for this reason. In the future, I may request all clients to keep their homes open for a few weeks at the minimum so that everyone can have a chance to visit.
best amaurot house i ever seen
Hello!!! Amaazing design!! Congrats! Just wanted to ask, how did you make the ceiling and the walls? Are they Lofts and Blank partitions with wallpapers on? Im working on an Amaurot theme Appartment but i don´t seem to get how to make the blank partitions stack vertically and hide their upper portions that have wood like protrusions on them. Thank you!!
Wow amazing! I cant do that
Amazing
maaaan i am racking my brain around these doors XD i figured out the fancy bits but i cant for the life of me figure out what you used for the thing rims around the them
The golden trim of the door is made using a combo of wooden handrails, white rectangular partitions, and wood slat partitions.
What is the light source in the corner behind the plant, next to the fireplace?
That is a glade lantern placed underneath the plant. Any lantern will work as a lightsource.
May i ask how you made the fireplace
The fireplace it done with a House Fortemps Fireplace. The black wall around the fireplace is white rectangular partitions dyed black. The partitions are placed just far back enough to only allow the top lip of the fireplace to peek through.
Amazing can I ask what door you used? Having an amaurot/ascian/elpis/ishgard inspired house that needs it ^^
The door is custom made from a variety of elements. I've linked Astra's break it down diagram of his Amaurotine door as that is where I took my inspiration from. I hope this helps you!

I’d pay to have my fc room like this 🥹 please consider showing how this was made?
Unfortunately, you can't exact replicate all of this in an FC room, but bits and pieces are possible. Also, due to my schedule and time, I don't do full breakdowns of my build. However, if you ever wanted to know how things are made, people at the HGXIV server would gladly help you figure out how things are done.
amazing! can I ask what item you used for the walls? is it the amaurotine wallpaper on a blank partition, or something else?
Yes! That is correct! It is indeed Amaurotine wallpaper on blank partitions!
@@yingyue_ffxiv thank you!
@@yingyue_ffxiv how do you get the wallpaper? i cant find anything about it anywhere online ;_;
@@ufeziforyo9454 Wallpaper is crafted or you can buy it from the marketboard.

how do you make the wall columns with Dimond patterns? Im trying to make an art deco house
Those pillars are the sides of Flame Armoires!
@@yingyue_ffxiv thanks!
What do you use for the windows? That's what I'm most curious about if you don't mind. 😅
White rectangular partitions (x4) and wood slat partitions (x4) for the black trim and border.
Crystarium wardrobes (x3) for the ornate pattern and white screens (x1-2) to hide the rest of the wardrobe except the pattern.
Belah'dian Crystal Lanterns (x3) for the diffused light and a tier 3 aquarium to diffuse the light.
Would you mind sharing the name of the bookcase you are using in this design?
This bookcase being used is the trick bookshelf partition dyed white. It's lofted from the floor below so that the lower half where there is a door would not be seen.
@@yingyue_ffxiv Thank you!
Uhm if it's ok to ask, can I know the name of the sofa you used?
The sofas are made of a combination of a glade bench (cushion), wooden staircase bookshelves (base and backboard), and wood slat partitions (arm rest).
What kind of flooring is that? It fits so well!
It's the Lily Hills flooring! You can buy it from the NPC vendors.
