  • Hey all! I'm out with a new tutorial! This time I will be teaching you how to create crochet sunflower granny squares! This tutorial is super beginner-friendly and will be manageable for anyone to replicate! Furthermore, you will learn quite a few other useful crochet tips. 🌟
Written version of the pattern: kristinesdaycrafts.etsy.com/l...
Your support will be greatly appreciated ❤
In this video you will learn:
    - slip knot
    - how to make a magic ring
    - double crochet
    - slip stitch
    - puff stitch
    - unfinished double crochet cluster
    - triple crochet
If you enjoy creating granny squares, it is really fun to make a lot of them to create a blanket or cardigan. You can also use different yarn and hook size to create smaller or bigger size, or you can also mix and match colours to create different patterns - it's up to your imagination! 😍
Materials I am using in this sunflower granny square crochet tutorial:
    - 5 mm crochet hook
    - 8/8 cotton yarn (brand: Yarn and Color. Colors: Soil brown, Sunflower, Ocher, Forest green)
    - scissors
How to make the granny square bigger: • How to make a sunflowe...

This is the perfect tutorial, I mean it! The best crochet tutorial I think I've seen to date. You move at the perfect speed. No long boring intro, no pausing for weird tangents and asides, and you explain clearly. I keep coming back to this video to start other projects in the round because you teach the magic ring better than anyone else I've ever seen. It isn't quite cemented into my memory yet, but you make it quick and easy! As for my first ever sunflower granny square... well, I didn't account for the difference in size between my hook/yarn and yours, so I wound up wth more of a granny star... but it looks so good that I don't care! Now I want to figure out how to recreate my mistake on a larger scale to make a bag!

Thank you so much for this tutorial! It's perfect for beginners like me. I'm really obsessed with crocheting now and working on a sunflower blanket at the moment 🌻😍
I only have one question: What do you do with the end of the magic ring? How do i hide it like the endings of the other yarns? 🤔🙈
