I think the actual reason they said Peter Graves was that they got The A-Team mixed up with the Mission Impossible TV series where Graves played the team leader Jim Phelps.

Surely enough, Pointless has had a lot of smilers over the years. All the teams in Round 2 end up getting 100 points in one form or another. A head-to-head that's pitted to be quite... coronated, especially with two Rons pitted against each other with Granddaughter and Step-Daughter beside them. And to end it all, can Lydia and Ron know their Maggie Smith films in the final? I thought so.
