Hi Andrew, I love At the Bench and your intro vlog on wax carving. I would also love to have more vlog info on the carving process. It's hard to find. A ring, beginning to end, for example. Thanks!

Do you need a lot more ventilation in a room to have a paragon oven and the casting equipment?

I also don't like taking vacations. I am pestered with thoughts of things I need to do, and cannot relax. I am more at ease whilst at work.

Hey Andrew, wasn't sure which video I should ask this question on but here it is.
If I make a component in wax (for example a bead cap), if I decided I wanted to make a single mould that branches off multiple copies of the same wax component, how would I make such a mould? How do I reproduce the main wax compliment multiple times. Sorry if that sounds confusing. Basically 1 component with multiple sprues of the same component, for mass production

How does the vacuum effect the metal? Pulls through the investment cast? Is it porous like a sponge?

hia andrew do you use a DeBubblizer on your wax before you pour investment over it.im trying to make my own a few drops of finish rinse aid mixed with water in a spray.or do we need to do this.

Hi if you don't mind me asking what is your ventilation situation like indoors?
I just got a whole vacuum casting setup and was wondering if it's safe to do the actual casting inside? My shop is down in my basement and I'm not sure how much ventilation I can set up at the moment

I have just purchased my own kiln a few months back, and have recently found out that it can’t take the wax. The rules said I can only burn my mold after the wax is ejected out of it. How to I deal with this issue? How am I supposed to get the wax out without using the kiln?

Honestly I don’t know why exactly. But there’s a RUclips video talking about this exact model, and she states clearly that it can’t handle the wax. But I can’t find any further explanation else where, as to why. Not even the manual that came with it makes mention of “don’t do this” with wax.
