  • A quick drone flight around the Berney Arms Windmill near Great Yarmouth in Norfolk. Just about managed to get the video shot before the Sun finally went down. Please note that if you are planning to visit the Windmill, it is only accessible by walking, boat or train... no vehicle access.

Superb, Presentation, the video is fantastic, I did Herringfleet Windmill as a beginner, but yours has inspired me to do better next time in the content and quality of what I do, many thanks.

Thank you. Stunning video. perfect. I loved going to the mill in the 80s and 90s as a kid. Would love to rtn to it but the EH don't open it to the public unless a pre book group. Loved the walk to it and this is the best views I've ever seen of the mill... Fantastic work!

Still a stunning Video, question though for you, I've walked and trained to the Mill, I know of 2 roads to it, Did u drive to it as it was late in the day and did you have to get permission from landowners, I'm going to be putting a book together about Mills and and want to revisit this one but without the 6 mile walk lol.
    Many Thanks.

Thanks for the comments Ron. We walked to the mill along the footpath. A long walk, but was worth it. I don't think you can drive there unless you get permission. All flying was done from the public footpath. Good luck with the book! Are you going to include the mill at Bembridge on the Isle of Wight?

BrainzIOW yes that mill will be in it, was looking over it Back in Feb, I lived in Portsmouth for 37 years and been there a few times, Berney Arms Mill always stood out in my childhood. Currently I'm living in Surry and found a few Mills I did not know were there, again great video, very peaceful
