I am in awe of everything I am hearing here. I am on medication and I have chronic constipation and bloating. I heard about Mrs. Becker from Annette Reader, Biblical Nutritionist. I bought a hand mill and another mill because I started learning more about the importance of natural foods (like grains) packed with nutrition. I could speak on the negative side of all of this, but I would rather rejoice in the Lord, as His Word proves to be faithful and true. Hallelujah! I am subscribed. ❤

Aside from the benefits that I feel that my Sweet Hubby and I are experiencing, my dog, Elvis, has also benefited. About one year ago, at 7ish years old, he started showing signs of declining health. This was on a Friday and our Vet was not open until Monday. I was certain that he was dying. I decided since he wasn’t eating, I would cook some food for him using hard white wheat as the base along with some protein and vegetables. Literally overnight, he was healed and back to being his usual happy, active self. Because of his unbelievable improvement, we did not take him to the vet on Monday. It was about six months before his annual check up. My Sweet Hubby took him along with the recipe of what I had been cooking for him, and the veterinarian was blown away at how good his labs were, how well he was doing and how well I was cooking for him. She even asked if I would start cooking for her. 🤣 It’s been over a year and I continue to cook for him often alternating the grains between hard wheat and oat groats. I will never stop cooking for him. ❤

Sue you really should interview me.
I started milling in October. I’ve now lost 35 lbs and my diabetes meds have been decreased. I’m a stylist and I toast every client some of my bread. To date I’ve gotten 9 ppl to start milling. My life is changed. Your video is constantly playing in my salon.

I don't have any major health issues, so I don't have an amazing story to share, but there are three things I've noticed in myself since I've been eating real bread - which I bake once a week - - - regularity, which I've struggled with my whole like (I'm pushing 68 - next month), my nails are growing better, and I have more energy!! I wish I knew about real bread years ago. Maybe my husband would still be here - and then maybe I'd have an amazing story to share. He died of heart disease and complications of diabetes.
Thank you for all the information you share.

I found you just the other day through Nathan Reynolds, he posted your bread of Life video and i am hooked. I bought a mill a couple years ago but because of circumstances i had it in storage. Just pulled it out and i have been making daily bread for the past 3 days. I am raving about it everywhere, sharing my bread and your video. I have a friend whose husband is diabetic, can you point me in the direction of where you have info about this particular area of health concern! God bless you, Sue, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
