My Favorite Video Game Trailer

I never played The Crew games, but I adore this slick, innovative trailer from 2013 for several reasons, so I’m sharing it with you.
Reason one is that I love Mustangs. My dad had a ‘72 Mach I back in the day, I had a ‘66 coupe in ‘91, then a new GT in 2021.
A bigger reason is that when this trailer was released we could only dream of the day when real-time in-game graphics would actually look like this.
I think we can agree that in 2024, everything has fallen into place to give gamers all this and much more.
I’ll go further and predict that we’re on the cusp of a gaming revolution facilitated largely by admittedly insanely expensive but also extremely powerful and versatile GPUs. New forms of software development, including tools and techniques which allow greater graphics fidelity at a lower performance cost; the ability for fans to more easily remaster/modify old favourites; and the dawn of genuine near-PC-like gaming on high-end mobiles (e.g. Alien Isolation on the iPhone) will drive gaming to a new plateau.

Awesome video... At first I thought it was a trailer for the upcoming test drive game... Never thought what it really was.. An outstanding CGI vision for a game that didnt match expectations. So good to know from you.. still waiting on your health update 💪

Nitpick, but I feel like Resident Evil Village on iOS is a much better representation of mobile device's capabilities.
Nothing cooler than a current-gen AAA game that's playable without any graphical downgrades - and with a proper graphics settings menu at that, on your iPhone of all the places..
