I'm a frequent listener of your ADHD videos and I would like to suggest a couple of sounds that I believed to be quite tingly. First tapping on a thermos and second camping on a glass bottle with liquid in it I hope my suggestions have been helpful

That's interesting because that's exactly what I thought when editing the video! I wouldn't be able to follow the trigger but I could show it before, make the sound in the dark and show the next one.
