I like this one, interesting too, tough game though, like the bribe system (selecting the right item can be stressful at time, you might end up selecting the wrong item by overpressing the select button). This had a very limited release, Legend was shown at 24th Amusement Machine in 1986, however, SEGA didn't release the game after the show. Not putting game to waste, Whiteboard (Santos) sold Legend to Kyugo Boueki (very little copies made it out). The bribe system was later used again in Nazca '88/Aztec Adventure on the Master System/Mark 3.
This is 3 Chack'ns for being a dumbass and original no other arcade game has done it before! However, you're probably not wrong about the mechanics not being suited to the arcades as this is definitely a kind of game that belongs to the PC-8801.
