    Amazing bro. I'm two weeks in. I prayed to Jesus that I would be disgusted with Kratom. I actually relapsed after a week and all it did was give me a headache and make me feel tired and grouchy lol. Praise God. I'm experiencing so much clarity. It feels great

      Are you still going strong? I’m two days in. Been on Kratom since end of 2018. Been hating it for over a year now. Just have to keep moving. Time will move on. It’s not needed in my life. He’s right, it’s about your health. Time to put an end to it.

    Great job. Quit on Nov 3 and haven’t❤ used since. Also 32 days clean from weed. It’s been a tough journey but God has convicted my heart and released me from the addiction

    Day 9 K free. A little better every day. Sleep is the biggest issue at this point. Thanks for posting your videos and experience.

      Awesome!! Keep killing it!!
      I agree. Lack of sleep and lethargy were my biggest issues as well. That will be the case for a little while. What I did, was embrace the fact that I had less energy but push myself everyday. Also, I wouldn’t drink too much caffeine, and would try to get a workout in every couple days or every few days. The quicker you can start working out at least 3-4 days a week, the better you start to feel.

    Yo bro i hit u up early on in my journey cus I received inspiration from your videos . anyhow I stoped doing the kratom for 25 days was the best feeling and I wanted nothing more. But round thanksgiving i had an impulse and thought to myself "o I might just allow myself to do some kratom just this one isolated time just do some and then get bak to my roll of not doing it" so I took some kratom. It was on thanksgiving and then told my mom who knew i quit I did some. And i was just going to allow myself to do it that one time then get bak to my quitting ... now couple weeks later I have I've used some maybe a day then not for a couple days then allow myself to use some then days not using. Im fukin dumb because I tell my self " o ill just do it this one time then not do any" and ive done that for couple weeks now.. And im now I wished with all my being I would have never done it again after that 25 day roll i was on ... Also just a question did you ever drink beers when you were using kratom? Or what kind of relationship did you have with alcohol... I appreciate your information and effort to read my message .. I just wish I would have keep my momentum going when I quit and its inspiring how you say when you quit you knew you weren't going back im just praying I get bak to being sober.. Sorry for jumping around in this message i really appreciative you and any info you cam help me with

      Don’t apologize bro, it’s all good. I understand. I drank very seldomly when I took kratom. I would drink heavily on Halloween or Christmas though. Maybe a beer or two every now and then. But I didn’t drink very often.
      If you did 25 days, you can do it again. Just stop now and it will be easier than the first time. You got this brother. Repeat in your mind to yourself that once you quit, that’s it! Convince yourself it’s nasty and bad for you. You’re in control of your mind, your mind controls the body. 🤜🤛

    2 months clean and I still have really bad brain fog. It’s driving me nuts. I quit kratom, I quit cigarettes, I quit sugar, I quit protein shakes, I quit aspartame….ive tried to quit everything. God I hope this goes away, I can’t have a swollen brain forever can I? It literally feels swollen and tight, my thoughts are filtered and slow…

    • @StrongKeithJ
      @StrongKeithJ  9 месяцев назад +1

      I would consult a doctor brother. Maybe it could be an easy fix. That’s awesome that you quit everything! It does take time though.

      Def second the idea of seeing a doctor, but with my expertise as a random guy on the internet, I’d say it’s not surprising. Post acute withdrawal can range anywhere from a few months up to a year. In rare cases 2 years, but I wouldn’t worry too much about that. Given you quit a lot of things at once, it’ll take time for everything to go back to normal. Just keep pressing on. You got this.
