when i was younger (five to nine) i used to go on car drives to the city a lot more frequently than now (by now i mean before i moved to the city, long story short used to live with my father) anyway. i used to fall asleep usually on the drive back home when it’s starting to get late and the sky is full of stars, i’d be curled up with my ear pressed to the cushions of the seats. i liked the sound of the car driving on the road. now that i’m 14 i deal with really bad nightmares and have a hard time sleeping, this not only gives me a sense of nostalgia but soothes my nightmares. thank you crysknife007.
been listening to this for over a year now, not just to help me stay asleep (bc I'm an incredibly light sleeper) but it also helps me fall asleep sooo much faster. Usually it would take me hours just to fall asleep, I would have to literally force myself to take deep breaths and count while doing so, just to get out of my own thoughts. I struggle to shut off that part of my brain on my own.. so when playing this, I can actually relax and fall asleep in just 15/20 mins. It's perfect.
