@TheBlondie The only way to get a Ferrari 360 that cheap is salvage or flood title. Most exotic cars dont hold up as well as regular cars would when it comes to flood damage. Replacement and maintenance costs are much more expensive as well.
308 but parts,maintaining it and labor are going to cost money when stuff goes wrong because it is a Ferrari.

The real expense isn’t the buying of the Ferrari.. it’s the maintenance and nightmare to finding someone you can trust to work on one.
So learn how to do that stuff n do it yourself? Why would you want to pay someone else for your car ?
@@johnnysins1400 Cause information on how to repair a ferrari are not widely available and it's not like working on your old corolla. It's easy to fuck things on exotic sports car, some repairs or maintenance stuffs can be a lot different than the standard procedure. Also, let's say that parts are not cheap either, it's not just the labor cost.
Joseph Roy yeah you pretty much every time have to remove the engine to change your oil. And there’s lots of hidden bolts. I’ve worked on them. They aren’t easy to work on at all
@@johnnysins1400 It also lowers the value if the car is "sullied by dirty hands" because ferrari? So basically if anyone other than ferrari works on it, the value will decrease I think. You may want to fact check me though

I also hate to hear people use the word "Lambo". The guys who say lambo are the posers who are seen in the videos crashing them into stationary objects while they do doughnuts trying to impress people. Even when i would be rich enough to buy and maintain a used ferrari, then i wouldn't want one because i don't want to be screwed
by these thieves at ferrari, because all you do is pay a shitload of money for the name. A startermotor, clutch, brake cilinder, radiators,
ball joints, bearings, switches, dials, gauges, etc etc etc, are all made in the same factories that produces those parts for a shitload of car manufactures,
so there's nothing special about them, except that it's packed in a box with a ferrari label on it, and then being sold for 10 times the price
that you woud pay for parts for an average car.
Also a old friend had a porsche 924 and it needed new doorhandles and i told him that they are the same as from a vw rabbit ( vw golf in europe)
and he didn't believe me so he bought a pair of use ones for 500 bucks, so i ripped one out of my vw collection and showed him that
and aksed him to tell if he can find any diffences, and he couldn't, and then i told them that they were only 25 bucks, so again, you pay for the name and that's it.
The 348 has been one of my dream cars since I was a kid. I still think it's one of the best looking Ferraris, especially the TS.

Growing up, my father had a used F355 (which he hated). He sold it and swore to never own a Ferrari again because of the up keep.
4 months later he bought a 512 Testarossa. And then later added a 430 Scuderia.
Once you own a Ferrari, no matter how much they piss you off, you’ll never be able to drive anything else, ever again.
And that addiction was passed to me.

Watch out, I have done timing belts on multiple ones. You have to keep the sprocket from walking out.(just like the 355) it doesn't tell you to do that in the maintenance manual, but it will on the 355, so follow the like procedures

As a Corvette fanboy I must say I LOVE the F355. It may not be a fast car anymore by today's standards but those popup headlights and the overall styling are just lovely. Reminds me of playing Need For Speed 2 SE.
Plus the sound when you press on the gas is also good

The 355 has arguably one of the best Ferrari v8 exhaust notes ever produced even among non Ferrari fans.
I'm surprized you didn't list the 308 GT4. One generation before the 'Magnum PI' edition, but lighter, nimbler and almost invisible. And because of that, they're cheap! Anyway, super fun channel. I just did a video on how to make financial calculations, which may help some of your subscribers figure out how to afford some of these amazing cars. I sold a 9,000 mile 348 back in the day, and had to drive it almost an hour to his home for delivery. Next summer he brought it to the track for a BMW driver's school and I got to do hot laps in the car. That afternoon will go down as one of my all-time favorite drives!
Today, the F355 and the 348 still look gorgeous. The 360 looks a bit generic and bland, I don't think it'll age as well. Heck, the Testarossa still looks freaking amazing.

Last time i checked was 2 years ago, the cheapest supra i could find was 80+ thousand dollars, and i'm sure it went up in price, also depends on the country, i'm pretty sure in the US the supra (a stock non-modified good condition supra) is more expensive, but if i'm wrong correct me lol

The F355 is my favorite Ferarri ever made, hands down! But only up to 1997 because it would have to be a manual gear box, no flappy paddles! The GTS version is top dog imo but hard top is a very close second.

I don‘ t want anything else. I had a 1999 boxster, without traction control, really dangerous if you go a little bit too fast on a wet road. My wife wanted this car, then she hated it and I had had it just for me. But finally, like most boxsters, various engine problems. I should have bought a Ferrari instead.
I have had my 308 QV for almost 12 years. It sounds fantastic with a Tubi. However, the best sounding Ferrari of all is the 355.
I wish I lived in the US just to be able to afford a 355, here in Europe all the nice examples prices have touched the 100k price range
360 was my dream car as a kid, had a massive poster of a yellow one on my wall for years

I had a poster of a 348 after seeing one at a motor show, probably around the time you were being born.
Quick note about the Mondial that 9seconds was with the 3L v8. They've introduced later 3.2 QV (means 4valves per cyl) and 3.4 in the Mondial T and 348, people are getting 6-6.4seconds 0-60 in the T model. Also is cool having mid engine 2+2 car this is the second and last Ferrari with mid engine 2+2 layout.
That F-355 has always been my favorite body of ferrari. Wish i could see one in person. Would totally get one if i had the funds and could fit in one lol.
I love the Mondial with the top down. They do come with either a 308 and 328's motor, or the 348's motor. I'd take the 3.2 model because it has the 328 that doesn't need the engine out for timing belt. My favorite is still the 355, but another is the touring 456 with the v12 in the front.

308 or 328 for me, but I like all the Ferrari's on this list. I actually like the bargain Ferrari's more than the newer and more expensive models. With the exception of the 288. Thats my absolute dream Ferrari.

I always like 348 and 355, but recently I found out I would actually pick the Mondial over them.
The 355 is an underrated beast, put a tubi exhaust and k&n cold air intakes, it's an easy DIY and and sounds great. It's not wicked fast but sounds unlike anything else and is great looking ..
Gotta drive a couple of these to experience the differences.
With precise and expensive service required, ppi and detailed records could sway my decision.

Most beautiful -- worst maintenance record. 3 words: "Engine out service." And yes -- it's required routinely.
Best bang for buck on the list was the Quattroporte. Just don’t get a pre-07’ model and stick with 07’ on automatics.
If you do your own routine maintenance and can do basic repairs yourself, ownership isn’t really “all” that bad.
As for a full sized sports sedan goes. I’ll take an 07’ Quattroporte over a new S-class Benz any day.

I've loved the look of the 348 since it came out, so on this list it would be a tie between that and the 308. I would have to add a 328 to your list though. NOT on your list I would pick the Ferrari that in my opinion is one of the most beautiful cars ever made......The 1984-1987 Ferrari 288 GTO. Unfortunately, one of the rarest (Only 272 made) and most expensive Ferrari's ever made as well.

I'd really like to buy a 348 with a blown engine (you know thatd be easy to find) and swap in a somewhat similar engine that's more reliable and cheaper. Ford's 5.2 voodoo from the gt350. All aluminum, 4 valves per cylinder, quad cam, 8300 rmp redline. Run it on a standalone ecu and mate it to the stock 348 transmission, could be one hell of a reliable and fun track beast
When you buy a new car the 308 would be great but that 355 is cooler but a 360 is cheaper on the wallet
The 360 also doesn't have a lot of the problems that the 355 had. For example it used timing chains rather than timing belts. One less thing you have to worry about as much.

@@ironman98 yeahhhh don't think so. 308 is one of the cheapest to run classic exotics out there. The 355 and 360 have some of the worst issues and most expensive repair bills of any car.

Worked in a classic shop in of course Florida, ran around a lot with 308s, Mondo's, GT4, GTBs, GTS, QVs. youre blowing up my cover on the 308 I want one so bad

Rented a 308 for my wedding and start of the honeymoon because I was in the market for one and wanted to live with it for at least a few days before I decided and I'm glad I did. The car was fun and I really enjoyed driving it for those four days but unfortunately if you want to travel anywhere in it you better be prepared to forward your luggage with a service or have friends going in another car or some other kind of support vehicle. I had the GTS model which meant the removable top had to take up all the space between the seats and the engine firewall. The spare is full sized and takes up every bit of space under the front hood and finally, the luggage area behind the engine and just in front of the tail light panel is a joke. You have to buy Ferrari's fitted luggage and the only things we were able to carry in the car was my wife's purse and my camera case. Everything else had to travel down to London in my parents' car. That soured me on the car quite a bit but the kicker was that Ferrari would not sell me a North American model anywhere in Europe. I had to go thru a Ferrari dealer in the U.S. and for the privilege they would screw me out of an additional $20,000 dollars over the equivalent car in the UK or Germany. I instead bought a U.S. spec Porsche Turbo-Look Carrera which I was able purchase in Germany and my wife and I were able to travel all over Germany with everything we needed in OUR own car. Never regretted it and I still own the Porsche to this day.
I've had a red La Ferrari for a couple of years, the only thing I don't like about is it's 6 inches long and parked on the window sill 👍

my brother just imported a quattroporte from us to germany for 18k and its epic. no air suspension, a oil tub and the rest easy to maintain stuff unterneath.
we used to own a f355 before. actually a really fun car tbh. but i live in norway so it set us back a solid 80k

I know this video is about Ferraris but for 25 or 30 grand you can buy a mint C4 ZR1 that stock will go 180mph, and it'll do it all day every day without breaking. They set multiple FIA World Land Speed Endurance records with them that still stand to this day for production cars.

308 GTS is an icon. One of the most recognizable Ferrari. Years from now people will be wondering why they didn't buy every 308 available, it has to go up. Beautiful car, you guys should definitely get one.
