Your recipe looks so delicious and easy and doesn't have fancy ingredients. I always ate salt and pepper shrimp at my favorite restaurant years ago but when they left the shell on I stopped eating it because I didn't like peeling off the shell, too messy even though it was still delicious. I will try this recipe at home. TFS! 🥢

I see a lot of salt and pepper shrimp recipes with the head/shell of the shrimp, fabulous taste but it gets really messy during dinner. I like this recipe better cause it uses a more robust Shichuan peppercorn and all the shells are removed. More taste, less mess, I love it, thank you!

Hi Ling. I made a similar dish earlier this week. It was good. Tonight I prepared beef bok choy with thin carrots in hoisin sauce. The family loved it. I always prepare meals with fried rice cuz I want to stick with Chinese restaurant tradition.

@@ChineseHealthyCook Hi Ling. I called my dish, Shrimp with diced colored peppers in oyster sauce. All my dishes contain onions and sometimes add white pepper but it's never mentioned in my titles. I do not add salt cuz my body does not respond well to it. If my lips starts to burn a little, that's the reason why. I've noticed Chinese restaurants add too much salt. In my Chinese cooking at home, none is added. I enjoy Chinese home cooking more than ever. Maybe you can make a bok choy dish like mine in a future video. Oh I've subscribed to notices so I won't miss anything from you. Thanks Ling.
