One of the reasons I like, but do not love salt and pepper shrimp at my favorite Asian buffet is because the seasoning flakes off when peeling the shrimp. This sounds like it would be much better! Thank you.

I love shell on, my hubby on the other hand will not touch it without the shells being removed. Now we can have a recipe for each lol!
