In this video I’m making my first ever knife with cutting teeth. The knife is made out of RWL34 and is heatttreated to a 61 HRC. The handle material is Rib fruited mallee and black ebony. I hope you will enjoy the video

I just was able to watch this video even though I’m an avid subscriber to your channel. It’s a beautiful knife Joe! I have stayed clear if knives with teeth because of fear of messing up an not having the correct tools to do the job! Someday I will try to do a serrated knife. Good for you For doing it and great job!

Nice build! I've contemplated making a serrated break knife before. Watching this, would it have been better to put the knife on a 45 degree angle in your setup (or more?) when you machined the teeth instead of at a 90? Then you just need to clean up the machined edges a bit with sand paper instead of actually having to grind in the edges there? Just a thought.

You did a great job on that. I have yet to try serrations. I'm worried I won't be able to get them evenly spaced, and then it will look terrible.

Another beautiful design and display of quality craftsmanship. Would you consider doing a run of a small hunting knife or simpler design? Would love to own one of your knives but your one of a kinds seem impossible to get.
