Do You all remember the run titled "Timeless" with Kang as the protagonista, there they introduced a new group. They we're called the Twilight Court with the next members:

"The Star, The Engineer, The God, The King, The Icon, The Construct, The Witch" really reminded me of the start of Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow with the story with "The Soldier, The God, The Knight, The Spy, The Giant, The King, The Pixie, The Ghost, and The Archer" going above and beyond and making the Avengers sounding even cooler!
I remember that movie. I used to be obsessed with it! I love how they’re using the similar phrase for reference!

@@Wandasolosurfavs Well, no. Aside from a brief stint with the Uncanny Avengers, Wanda really hasn't been an active mainstream Avenger since "Avengers Disassembled", nearly 20 years ago, now.

@@chad8767 I’ll be sure to check it out, but do really miss Ant-man being on the Avengers team and impacting the overall universe in a big way.
If there’s one thing that I really like about the Avengers is that they can always interchange their team members while never losing that core sense of unity and heroism. It’s what made them iconic through decades of comic books. Multiple heroes living the most unexpected adventures. Plus, they can be assembled in countless ways! ⭐️
I never thought about that. Like the Justice League started doing that as well at some point but with the JL, it doesn't have that "one man down another rise up to take their place" feeling. JL is pretty much Supes, Batman, WW, Aquaman, a Flash and a GL. No matter how many ancillary characters have made the team over the years, outside of the JLI...no one knows who they are. With the Avengers though? Avengers are so deep a roster that even members from *other teams* claim and represent Avengers. Lol. But more importantly, as you said, there's a real sense of unity and brotherhood among them.
Eh, would have loved to see lesser known characters join the Avengers rather than just reuse the big names again and again.

I will follow Jed Mackay everywhere. His Moon Knight run is just pure perfection. It's about time they recognised his talent. I just hope this doesn't mean the Moon Knight run is ending😢

Well, Jed Mackay deserves to write The Avengers comic since Avengers Meck Strike, Moon kight, Black Cat, Taskmaster and the comics related to Doctor Strange and C.F. Villa is a very good cartoonist who is also worthy of drawing this new stage of The Avengers really both will do an incredible job in this new stage of The Avengers

It’s better to keep the expectations low. Mainly after the nerf she’s been through in her recent comic run. I’m reading the book only for her but I don’t think she’ll get good feats here. Cause in one way or other, she’s going through a big nerf just after showing an insane feat.

@@Wandasolosurfavs Thor is insanely powerful but that shouldn’t stop her from getting feats. If she’s in good form, then she’ll definitely get awesome feats. There’s no doubt in that.
Beyond excited for this series as someone who's been an Avengers fan most of their life; I love this roster and Jed Mackay is one of the best writers at Marvel these days (really Enjoying Moon Knight and Doctor Strange). Seems like a truly great way to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Earth's Mightiest Heroes 😁.
This Year the Team is turning 60 Years Old. So it a good time to this new series to read. The last Avengers comic I read was "Avengers: No Surrender" that was an Incredible to read. Best part of course is, The Immortal Hulk's debute. It's the return of The Hulk but it's a new incarnation of him.
Aaron had a good run. Can't wait to read this one👍
Let's be honest: characters are goated in comics
Are we to ignore the fact that the main rosters are basically the heroes that are having ongoing projects in the Marvel Cinematic Universe be it a movie or a disney+ series. Call it cross marketing or such, but I really miss the time when Avengers roster were made of a bunch of B to C list of heroes like Tigra, Union Jack, Wonder Man etc.

Yes, it does! It's been a painful five years.
Could never get in that run. The lineup was great just the weird decisions he made. Keeping She hulk as the Hulk for a while was bizarre. Doctor strange was only in it for a bit. Echo being the new phoenix was just dumb. Only good thing was seeing Ghost rider on the team.

Now, if only you'd shake up the lineup a little; we've had some variation of this team for awhile now; the only new additions are Vision and Scarlet Witch (who should be restored to being a mutant, by the way).

Vision and Wanda coming back is a very welcome addition. At least they're dropping all the non-Avenger characters (Blade, Nighthawk, Starbrand, etc.). At least we're gonna have an Avengers team with actual Avengers on it this time.

I really am enjoying Jed Mackay’s Moon knight run and this line up looks interesting (really like the addition of Scarlett witch, vision and Sam Wilson captain America).
The last avengers run started out pretty good, but just started falling apart half way through the run and really didn’t like the multiverse/Avengers Forever Arc.
