What model is this is the one that my mother-in-law has and we can't find information on it there's only one button on top and we can't figure out how to turn the volume up and down that it looks identical to the one that you have in your hand

i have one got wet from Salty Sea and i can hear the music at begining of the phonak but the sound recive not work sorry for bad english i really need help i want hear again

You probably need to replace the receiver (speaker).
