Let me clarify 😁 For articulator, you’ll want your trigger track (a vocal typically) and then you’ll need a noise track (a synth, guitar, whatever). Put articulator on your noise track and route the trigger track in with sidechaining. I put the trigger track to no bus so I don’t get any dry vocal sound, and then I sound design on the noise track, in these examples I was using synth patches I created in serum.

What happened to buy once and for all? All these subscriptions in 10 years we'd be looking at our bank account transactions like; subscription, subscription, subscription x100... None the less as per usual great video!
You can still buy most plugins, but then you have to pay for upgrades in the future, buy the new products, and eventually old plugins will stop working on updated systems. Subscription model always keeps everything current and updated which to me is well worth it.
@@MakePopMusic Yeah I do get that. But for example my iMac is fairly old and is running high sierra still (this imac doesn't support the newer updates). It kind of feels like these companies are pushing you to buy new stuff regardless whether the old stuff still functions good or not. Also if a company stands by their product which some one paid the full price for it's only normal to provide updates for the program. Sure eventually it'll be end of life. But that's only normal, offer those users a discounted upgrade. For example I have bought AT EFX and its still version 1.0 if I enable pitchshift (octave up) effect and close and reopen the session it messes up the sound (it auto enables format despite turning it off, cause I dont like octave up when format is enabled)

i think it’s a good price i mean you get every single auto tune versions that alone cost anywhere from $400-1000 and you get it all just for the 25 a month plus all the extra features and effects. I’ve had it for about a year and I absolutely love it. A lot of artists I listen to use this like charlie puth
Austin your videos are very good and helpful.But the only thing i feel is that the time you take to show the things that you do on you DAW is very less compared to the time you talk and try to explain them.Please dont feel bad .I love all your song and your videos.
This video is a 5 minute intro and ad, and 20 minutes of instruction. We have tried to talk less and just do things rather than explain and every time, people get super confused and the info is useless.
I don’t do subscribe anymore - I just don’t have the money for these things such as phones, Netflix, plugins, Xbox, Adobe, office and on and on it goes - I need to be really rich to have fun in the future lol

In some ways it's helpful for business cashflow to easily know what you need to bring in each month in order to pay bills and remain profitable. Rather than having a huge bill once a year to upgrade software. But I understand your point of view too.
