My biggest thing is sleep. For the past 6 months, I can count on one hand the number of times I've fallen asleep before midnight. Its time for change, and i think that this will be a great place to start.
Finally got a diagnosis of severe adrenal burnout, which validated my perceptions and helped to mobilize some important resources. A number of years later, a diagnosis of CPTSD helped me identify behaviors rooted there which kept a number of damaging patterns active in my life. Blessedly now I am retired, can accomodate my fluctuating energy levels and have begun healing my ravaged nervous system. Thaks you for bringing awareness to this issue, and offering tools and support for the healing process.

You should have more subs than you do. I keep dancing on the edge of burnout just because of work, my to do list at home, single parenting and then my art business requiring attention. I admittedly do not make time for recovery, but everything you talking about in your burnout vids pretty much describes my day to day. Not to mention my RUclips addiction and digital overload 😅 actively working on detoxing and making more time for recovery though.
