Absolutely fantastic recipe. Tried it for dinmer today evening with some Idlis. I doubled the quantity of Onion and Cashewnuts and added water to the mix. Didn't add water during cooking and it made for a rather thicker gravy. Once again, thank you!

You’re welcome Juane...you could infuse smoke twice if you want more intense barbecue flavour, once for the marinade as shown and later at the end when the curry is ready. Infuse smoke, cover with a lid and serve after 30 mins 😊
