I was 2nd MP Company 79 to 80. Best time I ever had in my life. Was really sad to go, even though I had orders to the Presidio of San Francisco. I was at Camp Humphreys 81 to 83. It sucked ass compared to Camp Casey. I hopped a bus one night in 82 and went back to TDC. It was all built up and nice. I wanted to tour the clubs and look up girls to see how they were. The first club I went to was Starlight Cub and the girls were so good looking I couldn't leave. I found a friend for the night, but all the hooches caught fire and the whole place was pandemonium. I lost the girl I was with and walked a little way down the street to the Royal Box. It was curfew time and I was gonna have to scramble. I heard a girls voice say "Ya, G.I." I turned around and there was a little doll standing there. She said " You come my hoochie". Ah, the good times.
I'm glad I'm out of the service already. Was stationed in Camp Stanley from 2010-2011. But I also go to Camp Casey almost every week because of my line of work. I don't miss it at all.
So glad I'm not in anymore. I was there 2005-2006. I got out in 2012 and only look back to think about my buddies and the good times we had. I'd rather be in Afghanistan than Korea.
Thanks so much for your military service. You were front of Lancer to keep liberty. I'm Korean as KATUSA. I hope your happiness and healthy always. GOD BLESS YOU!!
im a 25u and i just got my orders at ait. will i be able to bring my wife we are getting married in a month and i am her only caregiver because she has heart conditions.
@@jaxonsmith841 you should have a sponsor on your ACT and I would call them and check. Normally you can’t bring anyone out here though so it may be an uphill fight brother.
I'm a retired E7. As soon as you marry your wife sign her up for the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP). This will help you get stationed at places that can provide the medical care needed for her. You need to make sure that you do your due diligence on this.
Casey in 82-83 was wild, wild west.
