I am 40 years old, and I squealed like a little girl when I saw that you’d posted this video! Love love love your space - all the storage is amazing, the kitchen is small but mighty, as is the main bathroom. You’ve got great space for NYC, your bedroom is big and beautiful...I am SO happy for you! Congratulations on being a homeowner in the city you love! I’m currently looking for an apartment. I thought I’d go for the contemporary neutral space without going too “hotel-ly”. But NOW... Thanks for the inspo! Also, Lissy I’m so happy for you. As I truly believed when you were sick that you’d be okay. I’m just very happy to see you on the other side of all that darkness. I don’t even know you, but I watched you tell us your experiences, and when you would sometimes say out loud parts of your illness or procedures you’d have to go through, you’d uncontrollably break down in tears. And I would in turn do the same right there with you. I hope you felt the actual LOVE from the people watching. And I hope you feel the HAPPINESS we all feel for you with all (or most) of that behind you! I love that you live your life. It seems everyday you’re doing things for yourself (exercising, going out with friends and family to the theater and dinner, enjoying your new home, even stopping to buy fresh flowers when you can). God speed dear lady!

I have only watched a few of your videos over the last 18 months and when I found out you were sick I was also shocked. Its heartbreaking when we or our loved ones get sick. Bursting into tears is the only thing you can do at times. So glad you are back and on the mend! And you do seem happier and brighter(in a genuine way) since being back. 🌋🌋

All those closets and a washer and dryer, two rarities in NYC. Lucky you. Love everything about your apartment. The wallpaper choices are fabulous. Love that bar cabinet, lighting and those matchbook prints. Kitchen is perfect. All of it is cosy and classy. Well done to you and your designer.

OMG your powder room wallpaper reminds me of the Martinique print wall paper used in Blanches bedroom on The Golden Girls. Wow the matchbox pictures are a great idea. I also used to collect them during my travels.

Absolutely loooove the way you decorated!! That sitting room is a dream!! Everything just fits together perfectly!! Wish I was into decorating when I lived on UES and did something with our apt. Now making up by decorating our house. Taking some inspiration from your design and will incorporate into my reading area. Those leopard stools are amazing, need to purchase ASAP!!

What a delightful treat to see this pop up in my feed, Lissy your apartment is absolutely the perfect reflection of you! Sometimes that's hard to accomplish when we work with a designer, but not when the designer and client really are in sync, which it is clear you were. Just stunning, my eyes were like " ahhh where do I look next ?"...it took me about 3 times as long as the video to get to the end because I kept backing up the vdeio so I could really drink in every small detail. So well done, truly Lissy a superb job!! May you have many many many amazing and beautiful memories here in the years to come. XO -Vave-

Your apartment is gorgeous, really spacious and reflects a very distinct eclectic personal style. Refreshing as there are many cookie cutter apt tours on YT. I just went through the selling, buying, renovating and decorating process a couple years ago and it's such a unique (and trying) process in NYC esp since most apts in Manhattan are coops which poses its own set of challenges. I would love to do something bold to my 2nd bathroom but for now it's my daughter's so it remains a study in all white. Congrats!!!
