Oblivious to pressure means pressure doesn't affect his decision making. I consider it to be the best trait for a QB if you have a good O-line, or good throw under pressure stats. Cane has played this game for ages and still doesn't know what it means. Hahaha
@R3dhawk95 lol this off-season was rough. He could've tacked on a few 6ths or 7ths and packaged those to move up later or something. A waste of value for sure.
In universe fantasy guide part two Waiver pickup of the week: Joe Johnson, JAX HB the whispers we heard in the preseason have only grown louder as Johnson appeared to jump Trey Benson in the depth chart and split the backfield pretty evenly with rookie first-rounder Benjamin “Benji” Cormier. And with Cormier suffering a potentially season-ending injury, I would rush to the waiver wire to pick up Johnson. His past few performances haven’t been particularly inspiring, but getting an RB2 or 3 that has a backfield to himself isn’t as easy as it once was, and if he plays his cards right Johnson has a shot at being exactly that
I think it's indicative of how great this series is that you're showing more games, I loved that Lions game. As long as it's entertaining, I'm not minding the pace we're at
Cane, I just wanna say that I appreciate your thumbnail game. They are often quite funny like today's, and they're never obnoxious like is usually the case on RUclips these days.
Holy Sh*t!!! That field goal to end the half vs TN was insane. In such a hostile place, being open roof with very gusty winds up in the MTs of Nashville
He did a Hurricanes series along those lines. The problem is that when you move quickly in CFB 25 dynasty, the complete lack of depth is depressingly apparent.
@brandonr2906 it didn’t move near at this pace and it featured one game long episodes. I don’t really understand your point. Seeing the depth and lack of it allows you to find stars and creates storylines.
@@brycenhenry9905 cfb25 is just really vapid. most of the game is in its presentation, the dynasty experience falls flat pretty quickly with the lack of customization and control
Cane you’ve been absolutely killing it recently. The last Buffalo dynasty video might be your best yet. And this series is incredible. Keep up the good work!
Cane's comment about the rarity of a 125 yard rushing game got me curious so I checked to see how many players did it this season and how often they did. There were 44 such games spread out among 22 players. 12 of those players did it just once. Another 7 only managed it twice. Jonathan Taylor accomplished it 3 times...and then you've got Barkley with 7 and Henry with 8 to account for over a third of the season total by themselves. So yeah...at least as far as this season's concerned Cane was kinda right.
I stg the storyline in Madden Franchise is so stupid lol. It would make sense to respond to a player that wants to get involved (WR) by saying you will throw his way x amount of times, not say that player will have 7 catches and 100yds. What if you're blowing the opposing team out? Should you force passes to him?
I think Cane's right that we'll see someone hit from 70 at some point. When I was a teenager watching football in the 90s, it was a crapshoot going for anything beyond 50; now guys are regularly hitting from 60.
You should test out the clock management idea next preseason. Like you said, you want an even playing field, as frustrating as it can be, the cpu deals with it too
@34:10 I think he got the sack because in the animation the qb was gonna fall anyway b4 the other player hit him. But def should have been a half sack each.
I strongly recommend you increase the sliders for your team’s run blocking, your defense’s coverage, your defense’s pass rush, and your opponent’s run blocking.
I have a custom Run and Shoot playbook that has gotten really good averages out of the wide receivers. Our top 2 guys should get to 1k yards before getting 50 catches. Nabers is at 38 catches and 914 yards, or something like that. The starting running back is also averaging 4.7 yards per carry while the receiving back is at 5.7. The only thing I don’t like, and don’t know how to fix, is after 14 games our TE has 17 catches.
how did Derek Phillips and Caleb Ross come from the same college at the same time? Both have 3 years exp and both went to Mississippi State. I wonder if one of them was a back up or if they did a dual QB system
Can we get a practice squad rebuild again ? Feel like with how easy it is to get normal players to star that you could actually do well with it this year or a draft only rebuild ? Whole team has to be auto gen players you drafted ! Can resign them but no free agency or real players allowed would be fun .
So the game DOES have Coach Mode! I'd love to see a Coach Mode stream from ya, maybe in the postseason. Arrington should be traded before he doesn't re-sign as it feels like he mentioned 2 seasons ago. Terrell Davis has the most 125+ rushing yard games in a single season at 10 in 1998. The most 125+ yard rushing games in a season was in 2004 with 85, 2024 had 44. Josh Hines-Allen needs to retire a Jag
57:04 glad to see Madden is getting more realistic
That was a Flag!!!!!!!
I came here to make that exact same comment
Real life and Vidia game grow more alike
The WR drama is the most realistic part of Madden
That and phantom calls helping kc
Big Pickens energy from Arrington
That roughing call in the Chiefs game is pretty realistic
Impressive play at the end there by the Kansas City Refs, overcoming all odds to secure certain victory.
Lore accurate reffing in a Chiefs game 😧
Eli Arrington kind of seems like a Chad Ochocinco type of personality/archetype. Big personality that demands touches but had the talent
I could hear your grin as you said "Titan our grip on this division" 😂
The madden refs with the chiefs are realistic in madden too, good to know 😂
Benji Cormier and Ezra Tefler both coming out of Georgia and going to the same team and getting picked in the 1st round is so cool
Good eye
Matt Eberflus simulator is diabolical. 😂 5:24
Eli Arrington = Diva
He’s already not coming back. I’d just cut bait and trade him elsewhere and maximize his value and start again at WR.
Thank you! Glad I'm not the only 1 that said that.
He’s easily worth a 1st
That's actually the best approach to take with every Diva Recievah IRL as well.
I must be old or something, the only correct answer for whiny, demanding players is "bye", I thought.
@DougO_ I agree with this too. But you know some team is going to want him despite demanding players. Just like IRL.
Refs helping the Chiefs? At least Madden got that spot on for realism
Gary Paul certainly doesn’t look oblivious.
Oblivious to pressure means pressure doesn't affect his decision making. I consider it to be the best trait for a QB if you have a good O-line, or good throw under pressure stats. Cane has played this game for ages and still doesn't know what it means. Hahaha
@@lastpenny849This is certainly the turning point of the series.
I think that slip screen play call might be broken. The QB just keeps falling back and doesn't release the ball.
QB just needs a good enough awareness rating.
except knowing cane he'd trade him for a 3rd round pick and go "yea thats about right" when realistically you'd be able to get a mid-1 if not more
@@R3dhawk95 not sure what in the world your comment has to do with the other 2 comments here, but it's actually fun not cheesing the game
@R3dhawk95 lol this off-season was rough. He could've tacked on a few 6ths or 7ths and packaged those to move up later or something. A waste of value for sure.
@ man who cares. if y'all want to cheese madden go cheese madden on your own save files

as a chiefs fan i think that was the right call. absolutely egregious late hit on the kicker
Cane with the masterful reverse psychology on Mahomes for those interceptions.
This episode was iconic all the way through.
I think it's indicative of how great this series is that you're showing more games, I loved that Lions game. As long as it's entertaining, I'm not minding the pace we're at
I love this series cane!! Please keep uploading it regularly!!
28:51 put Benson on IR and see if there's a decent veteran HB free agent with Mentor tag as a backup? Help them rookie HBs out a bit with dev.
Joe Johnson running the ball once a game is crazy
Pretty sure you can call timeouts while in the slow sim view. I tried it the other day and it worked.
Shoutout to Aubrey & that 64 yarder.
Cane, I just wanna say that I appreciate your thumbnail game. They are often quite funny like today's, and they're never obnoxious like is usually the case on RUclips these days.

My oh my madden is getting realistic…..
Ezra Telfer is literally my favorite player I love those Cb, S, Nickel Dbs who just make plays happen
Get rid of Arrington. He's locker room cancer at this point.
eli does not put up enough numbers to be like this. This is like when Robbie Anderson was being annoying.
Thank you!
madden should let you tell him to eat a shiny metal ass
>demands more touches
>immediately has a drop in a key 4th-quarter drive
@@lukascastor3414 So annoying! They can't even live up to their demands.

As a Knick fan I remember Billups toward the end of his career: he was so clutch for them.
Love the uniform switchups🔥

30:30 Chauncey Billups 😂😂
I don't think joe johnson will play as good as an elusive archetype. I think his skillset is better suited for him to play as a power archetype.
"Gee, let's see who wants to meet with us..."
A million voices: * *crying in terror, then suddenly silenced* *
Let’s go Telfer! 51:46
As a chiefs fan, that was absolutely hilarious. I mean he technically ran into the kicker😂😂😂
I'm done with the NFL 57:18
LETS GO!
That's what I said when I saw that you were first 🤘🤘🤘
😯
That Chauncey billups pull was insane 😂
Ezra Telfer is a semi god, too bad his tackling is at 58 or else he would realistically be the most important player of this defense.
Great episode and series! Hilarious that even madden knows the refs help the chiefs
I think Cane's right that we'll see someone hit from 70 at some point. When I was a teenager watching football in the 90s, it was a crapshoot going for anything beyond 50; now guys are regularly hitting from 60.

I said it a few episodes ago but Telfair really reminds me of Devon Witherspoon. He should be the slot going forward
Holy moly am i actually first prolly not but im here baby
Second is still really early by Cane video standards so take my like 😊
@DolFan316 dolfan the og I been seen you on videos since I started watching in the browns series this a bigger accomplishment than being early 🫡
I haven’t played Madden in a long time, so is it just me or do a lot of scoring chances end on the 1 yard line? Feels like too many “almost TDs.”
It does happen a lot. But I don't feel it's a bad thing or incorrect.
56:57 Kansas City calls on the 12th man again.
Sounds like you've got yourself a Terrell Owens there.
I think oblivious sense of pressure is okay; paranoid is the deal-breaker.
Miss St pumping out 2 NFL QBs and a top WR in like 3 years, damn
Aubrey is such a beast.
Even madden got the chiefs ref cheese wow. This team is ready to compete though really good game against the chiefs
LET’S GO!!!
Man I need Arrington off this team
30:30 just want to say fire Chauncey
Overall the AFC looks weak but I haven't seen the NFC to determine how good or bad. Always excellent Cane, thanks!

11:03 yeah I would just get him outta there and trade him for a first round pick or a haul cuz this dude is a DIVA lol.
So, when you gonna drop Antonio Brown? Arrington would fetch you a good return, and you can at least start again at receiver
Should talk about the trade deadline moves if there are any thoughout the league
You should start getting the game on PC to take advantage of all of the upgraded Slow Sim and Coach mode mods.
Need you to break out the gold color rush one of these days
Well at least there is some realism with the Chiefs.

The refs giving a gift to the Chiefs, most realistic thing Madden ever put in the game, sad but true
eli arrington is this generations terrell owens
