Emeka Oguh is the CEO of PeopleJoy. Since 2016, PeopleJoy has helped employers attract and retain talent, through financial assistance benefits.
Emeka previously served as the CEO of Apptempo, a mobile app publisher that was later acquired, and as the Director of Product at Dataminr, a real-time information discovery platform. He began his career at Merrill Lynch, where he conducted fund due diligence on assets totaling $317 billion under management.
Emeka holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
