Hmm ... All three of my 1998-1999 R1100S top out at 240 km/h (150 mph) due the rev limit at 8000 rpm in 6th gear. If the 6th gear would be slightly higher ratio it would still have plenty of power to go much faster.
@@heikojakob6491 Yes even whit 200HP at the rev limit of 8K, there would not be more TOP Speed, but when swapping the insides of the Final drive from 33/12 to 33/13 from the R1200C you can get about 10KM/h more top speed at 8K rpm
How you deal with temperature and air/oil cooling ? Is the curve of Power & tourque so aggressive like in the other videos having "lack" of Power till his explosion at 5/6k rmp? Trasmission & clutch are modified for that tourque? Thanks
My 1994 R1100RS tops out at 130 mph. Much faster than I need to be driving but It's good to know.

Sorry Marce, i dont check very much the account... No the power curve is better but the power is coming over 4000 rpm, even with the VNT turbocharger.
So what’s the max speed?
