For those of us with Celsius gauges, 275 degrees F equates to 135 degrees C. Also a little tip, pierce the eggs on the bottom with a pin before you start, this will release air in the egg and help to stop it cracking. Another tip for easy peeling, put the egg in a mug half full of water, cover it with a coaster and shake for 30 secs. The shell will almost fall away when peeling.
Nice one Melanie. I haven't tried airfrying eggs yet as I usually pressure cook them for 2 & 1/2 minutes for soft boiled. I cooked 3 last night to make curried egg sandwiches. I like that egg rack. Cheers 👍🤤😀
Very helpful video, I totally didn't think of using the Airfryer for eggs. Melanie has me thinking what else can be done with the Airfryer rather than the instapot.

In my air fryer this recipe turns out eggs with still runny whites. Maybe I am doing it wrong or have a low quality fryer. Anyway did not work out for me!!

Sorry it didn't work. You just need a longer cooking time in your air fryer. Try adding extra 2 minutes to cooking time and go from there.
