Thank you, Daniel for this overview of The Box of Terrors! I like the concept of rolling the in the box and referencing both the dice roll and where specifically in the box it lands!
12:23 'paper quality on folded poster games' Its a funny thing, too light and the paper will tear, too thick and it wont fold (or it folds but the folds rip into seperate little booklets. So if you can unfold it without it ripping they have prbably got the balance right.
It's a part time job just to keep up with stuff. I do weekly / monthly searches on places like Kickstarter, Itch, Drivethru, etc. for games I'm interested in.
I'm always intrigued by this game. On a side note I would love to see a game play on derelict ship for SoB. I've yet to see any of the game RUclips channels I watch do one and you where the biggest reason I got into the SoB game with your deep dive videos on it. Loving the game by the way. My wife and I play it at least 3 times a week. Keep up the great content my friend.
WHAT?!? Litko acrylic tokens for FB? How the hell was I unaware of this. Must have Also I received my box of terrors, but didn't realize I have more MB stuff than will fit in one box so I need another. Sad. EDIT: This video also reminded me that I haven't even looked at the box or what came in it. I opened it and filled it with books and closed it. Didn't even glance at the contents or text, ha! I need to get it down and actually look at it
The concept appears to be better than the execution, as not only some of the contents, as mentioned in the video, but also the box itself, seem just not robust enough to withstand much use, unfortunately.

Philip Reed stuff is always really imaginative. I love the idea of rolling encounters using the box. cool review thanks
Very cool idea and design! If I played Mörk Borg, I would have been interested 👍😁

Oooof I love Mork Borg episodes
Hate that I hear about these things after they are no longer available :{(

Fantastic! Always love Mork Borg stuff :D
MB is just so much fun.

pushing design and function!
It’s somehow both practical and impractical. :)

Where can I get this? I can't find it for sale anywhere; just a bunch of articles describing it. I WANT THIS.
Not sure. It was a KS release. Don’t know what happened after.
