Briefly looking at the rules, I didn't see any limit for the amount of scrolls. However, as there are these misfortunes that can happen all the time, I think it is a risk that already compensate if you have a lot of scrolls.

This is so inspiring! I just ordered Forbidden Psalm and I’m planning to use it with Knave 2E and my Loke battle mats. For minis I use round tokens cut out of book with a hole puncher. Books about knights and stuff like that from thrift stores, which is a fun collecting hobby in itself. I’ll then put them on wooden discs of the same size.
Heck yeah! Making your own chits / tokens is a perfect way to do it!
Forbidden Psalm is harder to find in the UK than Elvis! Hopefully the print books are back soon. Your videos are making me impatient to get the game :D
I really like the merging of ttrps and war gaming.
Yeah. And small warbands. I’d like a narrative skirmish game with a three model warband. One leader, two grunts.
I love how you add supplements from other rrpg games to make your game more personal to meet your needs. I do the same as well. I like that hex map on forbidden lands and how it has no locations. You can adventure randomly and add those stickers it came with. Im planning to use those encounter cards for outdoor exploration. I enjoy your videos like this keep it up

Those mini's look fun. Put em up on itch. I usually use OwlBear Rodeo to set up my games and make my own little pixel tokens. I'm more digital than all of yaw... due to space constraints and gaming funds. A DIY approach will make your games unique.

That looks really cool. Any recommendations for the Loke Battlemats and pawn collections? There seem to be a ton of each. What would be good starter sets?
For battlemates I prioritized Towns > Dungeons > Wilderness. For pawns I started with a set of PC / Heroes, and the large Bestiary box.

This doesn't need a big table at all! That's why it's on this channel. My gaming table is 3x4. This only requires a 2x2 play surface.

I believe you can only have two scrolls, and they don't disappear after use.
While you start with 2, scrolls count as equipment, and are therefore limited by how strong your magic user is, but it also states that models can find scrolls and use them according to the rules. The only limitation in the rules for spell casting say you can't cast them while in melee combat. Do you know where that limit of 2 is?
@@TheDungeonDive I assume the limit is two based on the character sheet. If a scroll is "Found" then it can be swapped out. My understanding is the limit is always two. The creator is active in the discord, you could ask there for verification.
