Thank you for the history and recommendations. Great video....cut talk and all! (Cutting in and removing dead air and other unwanted filler is completely normal, acceptable and actually can come off as entertaining!) Love your holistic approach.
@@GrainsandGrit The rice rolls are amazingly good. Also, thank you for the review of the Zojirushi bread maker. Both my other bread machines cratered shortly after and I bought one. It is wonderful and my bread turns out perfect every time. I use fresh milled wheat in mine too.

I have a question but not about rice. I’ve been eating whole wheat, barley, and rye milled breads all week. At least some every day. I definitely am starting to feel positive things in my body and mind. I’d love to share a testimonial sometime. But my question is this. I’ve been really constipated since starting. Is this cause my body if freaking out over the change in eating? Do I need more water? I’m confused cause I should be more regular right? Ok so I’m just hoping this is a transitional thing. Please let me know if you know anything about this.
I know you talk about grains here and flour but I know you know the Bible better than me and I am curious what you know ow of with the Bible talking about the importance of meat in our diet like bread is not bad!
I don't know why it bothers me so much but I would rather see content creators. Look down at their notes rather than to talk cut talk, cut talk, cut talk, cut talk cut it just bothers me. I can't even explain why it just does and I know I'm not the only one cause I've seencomments like this from other people on other creators content.
Thanks for the feedback. I mainly do it to cut out dead space and to help make the video shorter. Trust me…it annoys me to edit it 😂 I will keep this in mind next time! 😀
Hi Felicia. If a person isn't a creator, they've got NO clue the time invested into creating a video. I appreciate the time you took to research all this rice information and there's no way I could have memorized it for an informative video! I didn't realize you started a "grain challenge" this year, as I've just recently come across your channel and am truly enjoying watching when I get the chance. I'll check out the playlist to see what fun I've missed out on and look forward to seeing what rice challenges you come up with. I don't have an Instant Pot (as many of my viewers suggest I get) but I've got a pressure cooker. When the power goes out, I'm still cooking and canning. 😊 I live in northern Minnesota so wild rice (wild grass seed) is a staple in my pantry along with 5 other rices. My pantry is also stocked up with a variety of grains so I should be able to join you in the grain challenge. BTW, you remind me a lot of me. 😂 God bless you and have a wonderful day! Mickey 😊

What about partially milled rice? In Japan partially polished rice is popular, I think they remove the outer shell but keep the inbetween layer
I make rice rolls with heavy cream and dill, cabbage rolls, pudding, and for other types of meals in place of potatoes or pasta.
Oh my that sounds amazing!!

Thank you for this series. I’ll have to go back through as the history is a lot more interesting than one would have thought!
Yes I was quite fascinated with it too!
Thank you ☺️

Thank you!!
Where are you in Florida. I am in central FL.

Kinda off topic but if I buy a Mockmill Pro 200, is that the only mill I would need?
I'm not a big fan of Mockmill, personally.
@@GrainsandGrit oh ok
May I ask why so I can learn

Oh and of course, also, thank you for all these inspirational and informative videos! I’m so grateful.
Might be a transitional thing. Whole grain bread usually has the very opposite effect.
Did this problem go away? First days of eating freshly milled bread and I struggle with the same issue..

I know that food in the Bible is usually bread and meat.

I agree.just keep it real 👍
Don't trust anyone who rinses their rice first. All it does is wastes potable water.
