i have a piece that is not this high quality, when i started wearing it i started getting skeptic cause i thought aquamarine is for calming emotions and anxiety, but what i felt was some diziness adn movement in my head and thalamus, but it's like i could not connect to the stone and that i'm gonna need to be patient to connect to it's frequency, it's what my intuition communicated to me, the stone does not feel calming, it feels harsh, creating movement in my consciousness that i still can't understand, anyways it's only day one, also i started getting the conscious thought of a need to get into a serious clean diet to initiate a transformation in my emotions for the better, thank you for this very valuable information.

@@Matthew-tu2jq bruh I have no idea I’m just saying that in the “crystal community” like the people that believe that working with crystals can benefit them in some way, always talk about “charging” their crystals with methods like putting salt rings around them or leaving them out in the grass and sunlight. For the most part I think a lot of it is a bunch of made up bs so I would ask me about that stuff cuz I’m not really “qualified” enough to speak on it lol
