- Here you can see a Stentor that is hunting for some food anf finally gets it. Watch how the stentor is turning around while hunting, just as he could see his victims. A Stentor is a ciliate and therefore a one celled animal. Phasecontrast technic.

"Hmm, what have we here?....Ewwwww, nasty!"
this is literally the strangest thing I've ever watched. I can't believe the way it's body just stretches holy guacamole

that is 9 dna points on Spore
0:08 "eh... what?... nononono!" 0:17 "im getting outta here!"
Thanks for posting this! :)
this is so educational. Oh my gosh!
wow that cell was fast 0:20
Yeah you are right
I wonder what its name
what I don't get is how there was one organism that was eaten and then went back to the same area the predator was. Microorganisms these days, not learning their lesson...
I think you're right about it being Trachelomonas, just that you can't see any flagella because of it's size.
I almost saw a stentor and nematode
what kind of microscope is this?
Me dejaron tarea sobre las células con este video. ¡Saludos a 6to!
What species is this? And is it hunting Trachelomonas?
OH SHOOT NO ITS COMING
man, just to think we were once like these. microscopic, mindless bubbles of oil trying to eat other bubbles of oil just so we could create more bubbles of oil.
No such thing
Could be any number of small unicellular algal species.
Maybe, you can't get the detail very well.
WORM
I mean nematode roundwrom
