But from your POV it actually looks quite nice. I laugh every time I hear Sampe speak English, as a swede I would say he's actually quite bad or average at English. Great video, Patrick! Fun to see the ferry and trip from Helsinki to Tallinn, which I very much enjoyed a few years ago. Just a shame you didn’t see all the Finns stocking up on cheap alcohol and swishing back on the ferry. Quite the sight!!
It is a fun trip! I had heard about the same thing... I had the buffet deal booked and (mostly) everyone stayed there once they had found a table. I found everyone very socially distanced on that trip (and an increasing percentage of mask-wearing as I made my way through the Baltics). So I didn't spot any heavy beveraging... unless it was all happening in the Sea Pub!!
@@PlanetPatrick oh, what I meant is that the Finns would go to the liquor stores near the port, but huge amounts of alcohol and bring it back to Finland. And since it’s EU to EU, no limits! Really freaky and we sat for a while upon arrival into Helsinki to watch families disembark with carts loaded with beer, wine and other spirits!!

The importance of the pillows and towels has now become a thing for me too after watching these videos.
They do matter! I've just visited a hotel elsewhere with the most terrible pillow situation and it made a whole visit less than perfect. It's one of those things you don't see if they're fine, but take on significance when they're wrong. And I get this is a first world problem for sure. Thank you for noticing my approach. It's important to me to at least try to meet with people how they are. SampeV2 was just a genuinely nice guy (as was his friend) and I didn't have a clue (or care) about their channel size. It wouldn't have changed our conversation. But I AM delighted that so many of his subscribers have swung by here to take a look and to leave comments. Kindness matters. They are welcome for as long as I do this thing or just to see this video. Either way, it's fun for us to connect with one another through travel and thoughtfulness.
