Wonderful day! Nice trip through Catalina, beautiful scenery, even the fox riding in the back seat of the cart. Nice lunch on the ship and behold time for Dinner! Like the foodie socks Jay! And Dee you looked beautiful in off shoulder dress, you both looked nice, and Dee got her dance on!
How very VERY wonderful that you got to hang out with Jeffrey! We enjoyed meeting and getting to know Jeffrey and his wife Cheryl in Cancun in 2020 (survived the hurricane together!) They are definitely wonderful people!! I also so enjoyed watching the Rock Revolution on this ship; the show was different but similar which was cool!
New Orleans tradition is if you get the baby in the King Cake, that is a blessing of good luck, but it also means you have to buy the King Cake next year!
I was last in Catalina as a Girl Scout we took a ferry from LongBeach over and I just remember the long water ride. This brings back so many great memories! I so enjoy all of your vlogs. I watch them in between all our cruises lol. Love watching you both!
I saw Rock Revolution on the Panorama before shutdown. I was so sad when I recently went on panorama and they didn't have that show anymore. 😭 I love that one! Thanks for sharing your day with us!!

I was on the Radiance the week after you guys and Rock Revolution was so different! They had the stage come out into the audience and the drums were in the middle of the room if that makes sense. They also had a spectacular drone thing during the Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds song. So funny that it was so different!
Oh wow! I guess because the protocols changed on March 1st maybe. We haven't seen drones used in a Carnival show yet either, just Royal. That's cool!! :D

Just did my Carnival survey yesterday for our 3 day on the Radiance earlier this month. I said the same things about Ryan you did in the video and I didn't even get bribed, but he did seem like a genuinely good person.
There is a fox in the backseat..............how romantic!!! That will be something Dee can forever look back in and see how much you love her. You can tell because the older man sitting next to her was smiling so big like he remembered what love was by watching yall!! Ok Im a romantic, thats what "I" thought was going on hahahahahaha

Live in FL but you have me thinking of CA for this cruise. I was intrigued by Dee’s dress but you never showed the front. I’m 5’10 and starting wearing the bathing suit shirts like Dee and am always looking for styles that flatter taller women.
Another opinion for thought because I’d want to know….I live in California and took the radiance out for a 3 day to Ensenada back end of December and it was not good. Horrible food all around (even the ice cream was nasty. Tasted like ice) The ship is sooo small and old feeling even with the new upgrades. Employees seemed miserable. Wasn’t the carnival experience I’ve had before many times out of LB. I’m bummed because this is our “new” ship for Long Beach 😔I’d save your money and go on a nice one out of Florida if it was me. But to each their own. Maybe it got better
They seem about the same size as always, but maybe I’m mis-remembering, hah. I know we had tiny plastic bags at one point, and now tiny paper bags!! :P

How did the side by side testing go? Was there a charge? I have a radiance cruise april 26th and discovery april 29th and that would be very useful
No charge for the side-by-side testing, nope! They gave us a printed result that we could take to the next cruise. :D
