You guys need to watch the Battlefield 4 multiplayer gameplay thing. Even if you don't care about the franchise, it would give you a sense of how diverse and in depth the maps of battlefield, along with other games, could be.
It sounds like GTA 5 is gonna be "The Sims" meets, well, the GTA franchise. And the insane, hilarious fun ensues: Clowns who won't leave parties will be set on fire, pizza delivery guys will be carrying grenades because one too many customers didn't give a tip, etc.

They'll need a programming wizard to get this bad boy on PCs. Hopefully Sony and Microsoft will urge them to release it on their next-gen consoles, which would be easy to port to PC from there.
There will be a PC port... every GTA game has been ported to the PC, usually later though, and it doesn't matter that the map is smaller than Just Cause 2 because there was nothing in Just Cause 2's world :P

I think you're confused about what it means to 'play' multiplayer. The chaos of however many people running around a huge sandbox with guns and cars and planes is the fun part. It's not a co-op game, it's a multiplayer sandbox. If you want to gear it for co-op, it's fairly safe to say that you'll be able to just have you a few friends playing in the same world. Not that I expect a bunch of friends to in any way limit the amount of dicking over that goes on.
I agree with the comments, Beyond Two Souls might be good, but I doubt it will come close to GOTY material. Don't even think it will be considered before Ni No Kuni. What I really hope happens is Pikmin 3 comes in and blows everyone's mind by completely outdoing everything in Pikmin 2... The Wii U could use a AAA exclusive right about now..
