Had a '77 KW-100 with a KTA600 Cummins putting 860 horses to the dirt.
I worked with an owner operator that had one, he loved it... Except for the shifting cables, they would keep stretching, making shifting harder than it needed to be.

E has a bigger cab (4 more inches for the drivers feet)….different roof cap…biggest visual giveaways is the square headlights on an E vs round on C
Engine under the seat. Very dangerous if the engine catches fire.
If the engine is on fire, pretty sure you have yourself a problem no matter where it is. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
And I'll bet you can get out of the cab just as fast no matter where the engine is...😉
