No dude. This is hard af. Angel of death is a must by these guys. Its about the holocaust in germany and specifically the nazi doctor that experimented on jews. Very intense lyrics and driving musicianship. You HAVE TOO!!! hahaha
Absolutely recommend as well!...just keep in mind the line "To benefit the Aryan race" is NOT them supporting Nazis or white supremacy, just telling history.

I was in the mosh pit multiple times for this song! \m/ Go to a metal concert at least once. It's a whole different experience specially for older bands that did not have a good production quality on their albums.

YES! Saw The Clash Of The Titans Tour in 1991 with Slayer, Anthrax, and Megadeth, Alice In Chains opened. Think I floated the pit for like two hours, my feet may have touched the floor once or twice....lol

You're right. At the time this dropped, Slayer and Possessed we're the darkest and heaviest bands in metal. As an early Slayer fan, we were often regarded as the "devil worshippers" and whatnot due the moral panic of the mid 1980s. Slayer has since gone on to inspire many other bands who were darker, faster and heavier than even Slayer. They even provided inspiration for a new metal sub genre, Death Metal. Check their live version from Still Reigning live in 2004 year. There is a raining blood on the stage. And the entire album is 28 minutes of pure aggressive madness.

Slayer is part of the "Big Four" of Thrash Metal. Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, and Anthrax are considered to be the fathers of this specific type of Metal. I would also add Testament and Overkill to the list of founders. It is my, personal, favorite genre of Metal. Enjoy \m/ \m/
