That's not my takeaway from the quote. Sounds like he was ashamed that Zionism had become a thing among Euro-jews. Zionism was first designed and developed by Napoleon and then later taken up more seriously by Christian antisemitic British Imperialists looking for a way to guard their interests in the the Middle East and Asia. Took a while to get jews interested. Previously Euro jews were like "What? Look, I'm French- Paris is my Jerusalem, so fuck off". I consider Zionism a sort of death cult targeting Jewish people for Geopolitical purposes by people who also want somewhere to "send" them. But Europeans are easily seduced by this sort of thing, settler colonialism, supremacism, genocide and the like.

Also, it seems that Hamas only attacked soldiers, which those young people in the concert who tried to defend themselves were, as every young Israeli is a trained soldier.

Col Baud, pretty much summed up my thoughts on Oct 8, after seeing the video. Right from the start I was on all these stream saying it is IDF policies that soldiers on leave must bring their weapons with them, thus many of these firefight when engaging the "civilians" were IDF on a holiday. Remembered Oct 7, was a big holiday and Sabbath I think.
Also about this Hannibal Directive...It's a very clever and sinister policy. It's an order to shoot indiscriminately and later blame the opponent for massacre if possible. Second is to scare IDF soldier not to surrender, because you will be taken out if you surrender because we are taking out "the terrorist" and you with it.
